Premium Filleting Knives from Mustad feature a super-soft golf grip handle, providing excellent grip while filleting. The curved blade design provides a better working angle to cut as close as possible to the bone for maximum output while the bosterless edge of the blade allows for the use of the entire blade and makes sharpening easy. The 7" knife is perfect for freshwater fish, while the 8" and 9" knives are ideal for large freshwater or saltwater fish.
