Mustad's Fillet Knife features a German Stainless Steel blade with a non-stick PTFE coating for a long-lasting, smooth cutting experience. Designed for comfort and ergonomics, the non-slip grip ensures secure handling. The included sheath also comes with a built-in fish scaler, keeping both tools conveniently accessible.
- G4116 Stainless Steel blade for great sharpness and edge retention
- Gunsmoke PTFE Non-stick coating to minimize cutting resistance(PTFE stands for polytetrafluoroethylene, a synthetic fluoropolymer known for its non-stick, heat-resistant, and chemically inert properties. It's commonly known by its brand name, Teflon)
- Non-slip handle for using when wet
- Built-in suction cup holder and hanging hole in the sheath
